3. Mistaken Orders

If you believe you made a mistaken purchase, please contact us within 24 hours, before accessing or downloading the product. If the product has not been accessed and your case qualifies under our discretion, we may consider a cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Duplicate Purchases
